EVGA nVidia 8800GT 512MB Video Card

Once again, we've chosen the 8800GT video card. The performance from these cards is outstanding, especially when considering their current price point.

Time To Get Busy
Assembling the Balance of The Components and Initiating Build

System Installed on Test Stand

Getting excited yet Jason?

First Boot!

We've used many Gigabyte boards lately, and this is one reason why. We've not had a single DOA from Gigabyte in over a year. We can't say that about any other manufacturer. We'll stick with them for now!

Bling Bling

No, they're not just fancy, pretty lights...They're called Phase LED's. The idea behind them is that they indicate relative load on the CPU. We're not really sure how useful that is. Hmmm, I guess it is just bling...

Overclock Settings in the CMOS

An impressive array of overclocking options can be found in the BIOS of this system board. Very Nice!

Torture Testing The System Memory

We run Memtest86, and other utilities, to ensure your system is completely stable. Torture test's such as Memtest86 are designed to stress your new hardware. This is the time at which we want to root out weak
or defective hardware. Not after you've taken delivery of your new system! You can see from the image below, that the test has run for over 7 hours with no failures. Time to install the Operating System!

Vista Build Commences

Taking High Performance Even Higher

In the pic below, you'll witness one of the many ways we will test your system. This particular CPU is rated at 2.33 Ghz by Intel. The system is currently running at 3.0Ghz and is perfectly stable. The bottom portion of the image shows that the CPU torture test has run at these settings for nearly 12 hours with no errors.

System Wiring Complete

Client Monitors Progress via Web

Here's a new feature introduced with this build. The client, Jason, was able to watch
via webcam as the system chassis was populated with various components. Fun!

Complete and Ready to Ship

And so another build is completed and shipped to the client. This was a fun one too. This Lian-Li chassis
does not have many places to hide wiring, making the the cleanup a bit more challenging. Enjoy Jason!
