Assembling the Balance of The Components and Initiating Build

System Installed on Test Stand

This is where we bring all the components together for the first time. Rather than install all the
components in the chassis first, we install on a test stand which makes it easier to work on the
new system, plus enables quick swap out of any defective components.

First Boot!

We've used many Gigabyte boards lately, and this is one reason why. We've not had a single DOA from Gigabyte in over a year. We can't say that about any other manufacturer. We'll stick with them for now!

Windows Build Commences

Windows XP GUI Setup

Windows XP GUI (Graphical User Interface) is the second portion of the XP setup routine.

The Next Day

Memtest86 Memory Torture Test

As seen in the image below, Memtest86 has run for over 14 hours with zero failures. Beautiful!
Time to install the components in the chassis and complete the final hardware and software build.

Coolermaster Aluminum/Steel System Chassis

Here we have another fine example of excellent workmanship at a very reasonable price.

System Hardware Build Complete

This is how most companies ship their systems. With a wiring mess.
We will never ship a system out like this. This system is not complete.

System Hardware Build Complete

All cabling is neatly dressed and secured in the system chassis, yet easily accessible for
future upgrades or modifications. Now she's ready to ship, and looking better than ever!

Ready To Ship

The end result; a nice looking system with spectacular performance at a very affordable price.

Enjoy Coach!
